Keyboard Navigation Instructions

This site is keyboard accessible. Below is a key on how to interact with specific elements on the page:

Generally all elements on the page were designed to be navigated through using the Tab key.

Navigation Bar: Use the Tab key to move through navigation links. To open any of the Language Selection menus, press Enter or Space.

Dropdown Menus (Not Language Selection Menus): Press Space to open the menu. Use Tab arrow keys to navigate through the options. Press Enter to select an option or Esc to close the menu.

Customer Reviews Carousel: Use Tab to view initial review. Use Tab once more to view the customer's rating & Tab again to view the name. While on the review or the customer name use Left Arrow or Right Arrow to cycle through reviews. Use Escape to Exit.

Forms: Use Tab to move between form fields and Shift + Tab to move backward. Press Enter to submit the form. If all form fields have not been filled the form will focus on the empty required field.

If You Get Stuck: If you are stuck in the navigation or a dropdown menu, press Esc to close the menu and return to the previous focusable element.

(VoiceOver) If You Are Still Stuck: If you are still stuck in the same element, navigation, or a dropdown menu, press Ctrl + Option + Shift + Up to exit the menu and return to the entire menu object.

Central Air

Refrigerant recovery and recharge, registers and grills, cost for crane to install roof-mounted covered replacement air conditioner up to $200 maximum.

Central Heat

Registers, grills and heat lamps.

Code Violations

When the correction of a previously unknown code violation is required to affect a covered repair or replacement of a heating, plumbing or electrical Component Part, We will pay up to $250 aggregate to correct the code violation(s) over the life of the Service Contract. We will not simply pay to remedy a code violation, whether previously known or not.

Kitchen Appliances/Refrigerators

Refrigerator control board, refrigerant recovery and recharge, ice maker and ice/beverage dispenser and their respective equipment; built-in dishwasher racks, baskets, rollers; built-in microwave interior lining, glass door, clocks and shelves; oven/range interior lining, clocks, rotisseries, racks, handles, knobs and dials.

Special Electrical Package

Items must be hard wired.

Fire/Burglar alarm, lighting fixtures, doorbell (not doorbell cameras), garage door opener (hinges, springs, keypads and remote transmitters), and ceiling fans located within the main dwelling.

Water Heater

Failure due to chemical, mineral deposits, and sediment build-up.

Plumbing

Toilets replaced with like quality up to $200 per occurrence.
