To find your contract number please look at the top of the last page of your warranty or the inside cover. It is also on your invoice or receipt, or please just call us at 800-648-5006 or email us at APHWOffice@APHW.com and give us your name and address.

You should expect reimbursement within 7-10 business days from when we receive your receipt. If it’s been longer than that please call our Customer Service Department at 800-648-5006 or email us at claims@aphw.com and we will be happy to check into the status of your reimbursement.

With APHW you can choose your own contractor. If you are having trouble finding one in your area please call Customer Service at 800-648-5006 or email us at APHWOffice@APHW.com and we will provide a list of contractors that other homeowners in your area have used.

You must call APHW and have telephone approval before having any work done. Reimbursement for services will not be made without prior approval.

To start a claim, just call us at 800-648-5006 and a Customer Service Representative will walk you through the simple process.

Coverage usually begins the day of closing, but there may be a 30 day delay in certain instances; you can call Customer Service at 800-648-5006 for your exact coverage start date.

Our typical warranty covers: attic and exhaust fans, central air conditioning, electrical system, heating system, furnace humidifier, kitchen appliances (refrigerator, free standing range, cooktop, built in oven, built in dishwasher, built in microwave, garbage disposal), plumbing system (including plumbing backups, permanently installed sump pumps for ground water only and gas line), minor roof leak repairs, septic system, well water pump, water heater, duct work and garage door opener for an attached garage. Certain terms and conditions apply.
